Phase One Opening Fall 2024

Our first Corydon development, Northern Plains is an 86-unit housing development offering market-rate leases. Yellowbanks III by Kading

in Pleasant Hill, Iowa -

Opening in Spring 2025

This development marks Kading's third housing community build in Pleasant Hill. Yellowbanks III will bring 86 units to the community with both 2- and 3-bedroom accommodations. Units have one and two-bathroom configurations with both single and double attached garages. Refrigerator and range are provided, and each unit offers washer/dryer hookup. Located near connecting commnuity trails, this location is an excellent addition to the current Yellowbanks I and II neighborhoods. 

Kate's Landing by Kading

in Boone, Iowa -

Opening Summer 2025

As the second Kading community in Boone, Kate's Landing will be constructued on nearly 15 acres and plans to bring 126 market-rate leasable housing units to the area. Development is currently underway. This community will offer two-bedroom, one bath and three-bedroom, two-bath units. All will include attached garages, individual unit front door appeal along with refrigerator and range in unit kitchens. Washer/dryer hook-ups will also be provided.
