Kading is dedicated to supporting the communities that we live in and serve. We believe in active participation in the cities we are home to and will strongly consider support of nonprofit requests in the following categories:
Social & Educational Responsibility
We have a proud history of supporting our communities’ school districts. We have added value to the experiences of students, teachers and staff, coaches, and parents by supporting classroom education and lifelong learning, social and intellectual development, and extracurricular activities.
Economic Development
As our communities grow, so does the opportunity to serve our residents. We are generally supportive of organizations and efforts that better the daily lives of our residents and the communities in which they live. We consistently support local chambers of commerce and other economic development organizations that help grow the cities we serve.
Recreation & Culture
We support the parks, museums, trails, and other modern amenities that enhance all our lives. Kading provides quality living space and we strive to support programs offering families things to do in their free time.
Aspirational Living
The desire to live independently, enjoy the comforts of home, and maintenance-free living all with the dignity of your own front door is a driving force behind the communities and townhomes Kading builds. We understand that leasing can be either a lifestyle or a stepping stone to the next milestone for our residents. That's why we support the efforts of organizations and entities that help foster, encourage, and advocate for the hopes, dreams, and dignity of being able to call a place "home" like the Home Builders Association, Habitat of Humanity, GIAA, CREW Iowa, and others.
Health & Wellness
Living healthy, active, extended lives is what most of us desire. We consistently support preventative care and disease research. We also want to create an environment that provides everyone access and opportunity to get the assistance they need and availability to services.
