We truly believe every town has its unique charm, and we want to get to know Iowa communities better through a Kading Hometown Tour. These tours of selected towns across Iowa allow the Kading team to visit, explore, and learn more about your needs for workforce housing. These tours help us to select our next workforce housing community and allow Iowa hometowns to show us what makes them special.

Our tours are selected based on the application process outlined below.

If your community is selected for a Hometown Tour, our Kading team arrives in your town on a pre-scheduled date. We'll tour your town in a way that allows you to showcase the community, the culture, the needs of employers, and what makes your community so great.

2. Recent Housing Study: Let us know if your town has conducted a recent housing study.
3. Unique Features: Share what makes your community stand out.
4. Community Support: Confirm if you have the support of city council members and top employers for workforce housing initiatives.
