These tours of selected towns across Iowa allow the Kading team to visit, explore and learn more about your needs for workforce housing. These tours help us to select our next workforce housing community and allow Iowa hometowns to show us what makes them special.

From the people and the culture to the companies and the commerce, we know every Iowa town has a desire to flourish. Our tours are selected based on an application process.

If your community is selected for a Hometown Tour, our Kading team arrives in your town on a pre-scheduled date. We'll tour your town in a way that allows you to showcase the community, the culture, the needs of employers, and what makes your community so great.
