As the second Kading community in Madrid, the new Gateway Cottages community will provide an over 2-acre housing enhancement to the Highway 17 corridor. This community is currently under development and is planned to open in the summer of 2024. Gateway Cottages brings 18 additional townhome units for lease and features three floorplans: a 2-bedroom with one bathroom, a 3-bedroom with two bathrooms, and a 3-bedroom, one-bathroom option. All units are single-story and will feature an attached garage, private front-door entrance, and patio space. This development marks Kading's third housing community build in Pleasant Hill. Yewllowbanks III will bring 88 units to the community with both 2- and 3-bedroom accommodations. Located near connecting commnuity trails, this location is an excellent addition to the current Yellowbanks I and II neighborhoods.
VESTA VILLAGE
in Osceola, Iowa –
We are excited to grow our presence in Osceola with the construction of Vesta Village, a 122 unit housing development on the north side of Truman Road! The Vesta Village development gives us the opportunity to introduce to the Osceola community expanded housing options including a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom plan and a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom plan in addition to our traditional 3-bedroom/1-bathroom Villa. Every floor plan offers an attached garage, private front entrance, and washer/dryer hookups, and all homes will be single-story with zero elevation change access. We love being part of the Osceola community and we look forward to being able to offer more housing there!
As the second Kading community in Boone, Kate's Landing will be constructued on nearly 15 acres and plans to bring 126 market-rate leasable housing units to the area. Development begins in Spring 2024 followed by vertical construction. This community will offer two-bedroom, one bath and three-bedroom, two-bath units. All will include attached garages, individual unit front door appeal along with refrigerator and range in unit kitchens. Washer/dryer hook-ups will also be provided.
